For Immediate Release GAIL ELIZABETH QUACKENBUSH, M.D., JOINS WOMEN’S DIGITAL IMAGING OF RIDGEWOOD AS IMAGING SPECIALIST Dr. Quackenbush introduces “triple check” approach to digital mammography analysis at WDI (Ridgewood, NJ) April 28, 2010 – Gail Elizabeth Quackenbush, M.D., has joined Women’s Digital Imaging of Ridgewood as an imaging specialist. Most recently in private practice in Teaneck, New Jersey, Dr. Quackenbush was previously the Director of Mammography at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, and was an attending radiologist at Montclair Radiology and Pascack Valley Hospital. Dr. Quackenbush interned at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, MA and did her residency at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center in New York. She completed a fellowship in mammography and body imaging at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. “After careful research, I chose to practice at Women’s Digital Imaging of Ridgewood because the entire staff is committed to customized care for patients, said Dr. Quackenbush. “Women’s Digital Imaging has the most advanced technology, such as digital mammography and Breast Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) but they also treat every patient as an individual, minimizing the anxiety women feel about their exams and creating individual risk assessment profiles and screening programs,” Dr. Quackenbush said.
