Women’s Digital Imaging was founded by Lisa R. Weinstock M.D. She has over fifteen years experience as a breast imaging specialist since completing her fellowship in Breast Imaging at Columbia Presbyterian University Medical Center in 1995.
Dr. Lisa Weinstock completed a four-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Hackensack University Medical Center and internship in Anatomic Pathology at Montefiore Medical Center. She attained her M.D. from the SUNY-Health Sciences Center of Brooklyn. Dr. Weinstock is married to Richard Finkel, M.D., a Pulmonologist and has four children.
Our mammography technologists, Roberta Argyros R.T. (R) (M), Shannon Grayson R.T. (R) (M) (QM), and Ellen Errico R.T. ( R )(M) are highly trained and experienced professionals, licensed by the State of New Jersey and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Ellen is a 2008 graduate of the Diagnostic Radiography program at Englewood Hospital is proficient if DEXA and general radiography and is certified in Mammography.
Ultrasound screenings are conducted by Lorraine Heller, previously an ultrasound technician at Mount Sinai Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, and Anamika Jain, a 2003 graduate of the New Jersey University of Medicine Diagnostic Sonography Associate Program, formerly of Medical Imaging of Teaneck.
Ranjan Mistry, a 1982 graduate of the Hospital Center of Orange and St. Josephs Hospital in Paterson, NJ is a licensed and registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist and specialist in Breast Specific Gamma Imaging technology.
Brenda Zak, M.Sc. is a Genetic Counselor at WDI. Ms. Zak, who is also affiliated with the New York Hospital in Queens Breast Center, received her M.Sc. in genetic counseling from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She provides cancer genetic counseling to high-risk patients and family members including pre-test counseling, coordination of insurance pre-authorization, consent, sample collection, post-test results interpretation and medical management discussion.
Judith Parenta, Physician Liaison at WDI, coordinates patient care with referring physicians. Ms. Parenta helped to establish the first PET (positron emissions tomography) outpatient center at Columbia University and has over 15 years experience building relationships between physicians and patients.
Our receptionist, Suzanne Hernandez, a graduate of Berkley College of Business Administration, guides patients through making appointments and preparing for their exams while keeping the office running smoothly
